This store is hit or miss. As it has been mentioned before, the condition of most records is really good but they have the habit to mark everything at 5.99. Mediocre stuff that usually ends up in the 1-2 Euro bins elsewhere. On the other hand you can sometimes find really good stuff at 5.99 or 9.99. Their variation in prices is not all that big and few records cost more than 14.99. They used to have a great budget branch right next door which closed down a coupla years ago unfortunately.

I visited M2 at Rosenheimer Strasse last year [2008] while attending the High End Show at the M.O.C. I was very impressed with the inventory and picked up a nice 'haul' of LPs that I had been seeking. Prices are very reasonable and in most cases, condition was NM/M-. Certainly, this shop is well worth a visit for any vinyl collector. Check the opening hours as they open late afternoon, around 3 pm or 4 perhaps. I plan to re-visit this May during the High End Show. Collecting vinyl LPs, what a truly wonderful hobby!
