Hello,
being in Stockholm I had no time to visit the different LP + CD shops. I am working on a biography concerning a famous Jazz bass player (Slam Stewart).
Since one and a half year I am looking for the following Swedish CD: Phontastic BG 01. Until now in vain. Do you have any idea where I can buy it ?

I've been at both stores and like them alot. The bigger one is quite well sorted, easy to find stuff and usually good prices. However, the smaller one is very cheap (usually about 10 sek per record) but not so sorted. It's worth visiting both of them but search some more in the smaller store, found an LP that costed 10 sek in the small store and the same album costed 40 sek in the sorted store in equally good condition.

There is absolutely nothing I don't like about this shop. Friendly and knowledgeable shopkeeper and employees and very reasonable pricing. Open close to 12 hrs per day. Insane! Don't miss their little additional shop across the street.

This shop is open 25 hours a day. if you want to buy a album the other cool shops rejects U find it here.

I´m from Spain.I´m here in Stockholm five months, is my favourite store in town.My 80% of vinyl collection here is from Mickes.Highly recomended,very nice vinyls from 10 sek and good store of jazz/soul.

Nice store. There are lots of jazz records for sale. This is my main store when it comes to diggin. There could be more different genres like asian music. Great storekeeper. Best thing about this store is probably that its open almost anytime of the week!

When I come from Finland to Stockholm to buy some records, 75% of the records I buy are from Mickes Cd & Vinyl. Very good prices and atmosphere combined with records from jazz to heavy metal make the shop worth visiting. Especially the records for 10:- are worth mentioning.

In my opinion probably the best store in town, with a very nice athmosphere! You can dig for records in many hours, and feel like you are at home. Great records for a reasonable price, and like myog said, it is open until 10-11, even on sundays and "holidays".

Good store, even better prices and you can easily find used records that were published not more then a month ago. All in good condition, very nice salesmen!

Take a subway to Hornstull and visit this outstanding store.
A large selection of vinyls, mostly older stuff (50's - 80's), but covering almost all genres. Very nice prices and a lot of rare stuff.
Listening station for vinyls.
Second-hand cds as well, genres as above, and good prices.
The store is open "until late", which usually means until 10-11 PM, even sundays!
